Every Voltra device is built to last - and we stand behind that. If something goes wrong, we've got you covered.
What's Covered
Your Voltra device comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your device develops a fault that isn't caused by accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear, we'll replace it.
If you purchased Voltra with Lifetime Warranty, everything above applies - the only difference is that your cover never expires. As long as you own your device, we've got you covered.
No renewal fees. No expiry date. Just complete peace of mind, for life.
To check whether your purchase includes Lifetime Warranty, refer to your order confirmation email.
What's Not Covered
- Accidental damage, drops, or impact
- Water damage beyond the device's rated resistance
- Damage caused by unauthorised modification or repair
- Normal wear and tear including scratches and strap deterioration
- Loss or theft
How to Make a Claim
If you think your device is faulty, get in touch with us at customerservice@voltrahealth.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours and will do everything we can to get it resolved quickly.
Register Your Warranty
To make sure your warranty is on record, drop us an email at customerservice@voltrahealth.com with your name, order number, and device model. It takes two minutes and means we can help you faster if you ever need us.
We strongly recommend registering your warranty as soon as you receive your device. Once registered, your warranty is tied to your order - so even if you lose your warranty card, your cover is safe. We'll always be able to look you up.
