Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Voltra. If you're not, here's how our returns process works.
Change of Mind Returns
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is in unused, as-new condition in its original packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To request a return:
- Email customerservice@shopvolt.co with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm the return address within 1-2 working days
- Include your order number inside the return package — returns without an order number cannot be processed
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll process a refund of the original product value and standard outbound delivery cost to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault, please contact us at customerservice@shopvolt.co within 30 days of receipt and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you including return postage. Between 30 days and 6 months of purchase we'll assess any fault and provide a resolution in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
⚠️ Returns received without an order number included in the package cannot be processed, as we will be unable to identify the order.
