Order before 3pm on a working day and it ships the same day. Free UK delivery over £30.

Both services are fully tracked and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us. Delivery times are Royal Mail's aims rather than guarantees.

When we dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day go out the same day. Anything after 3pm goes out the next working day. We don't dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays, so an order placed on Friday afternoon leaves us on Monday.

Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from when you placed the order.

Where we deliver

We ship across the whole of the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, at the same prices shown above. Royal Mail also delivers to PO boxes and BFPO addresses.

We don't ship outside the UK at the moment.

Pre-orders and multi-item orders

If everything in your order is in stock, it ships together in one parcel.

If one item is on pre-order, we send the in-stock items straight away and the pre-order follows as soon as it lands, at no extra delivery cost. Occasionally a large order ships in two parcels simply because it won't fit safely in one box - your dispatch emails will say so.

Tracking your delivery

Your tracking link arrives by email at dispatch, and every order is visible on your account page. If tracking has gone quiet or a parcel hasn't turned up, our order tracking guide covers what to do.

Changing your delivery address

We can change the address any time before the order is dispatched, so message us as soon as you spot a mistake. Once it's with Royal Mail the address is locked and the parcel has to complete its journey before it can come back to us.
